Indicta Europe is a sourcing company that connects customers with the right professional profile both resource wise, project wise as solution wise.
We have mainly three specialties: sourcing management, datacleansing and tooling.

The Sourcing Activities are concentrated to help our customers in finding the ideal profile for their project based or permanent requests. We help it-contractors (employees and freelancers) in finding the right position or project based on their knowledge and experience. Besides the correct technical skills, we strongly believe that a complete integration into a position or project can be achieved if the attitude, culture, personality and language fit. Based on our 13 years of experience, we particularly are focused on keeping, coaching, training and motivating our own employees and the freelancers that we are contracting.

Through the years we started to specialise ourselves to everything which has to do with internet and intranet and all derivates. This covers mainly developments (.net, ASP.NET, JAVA and PHP), but covers the pre-analysis phases up to the system engineering part and the project support.

The DataCleansing Activities are specialised about what data is correct, up-to-date and available to the business, while the TCO is under control. Data cleansing covers auditing of actual use of data, and its use, content management policies and best practices and the data cleansing itself. We do also cover data porting and data migration projects.

Through our IBM AS/400 iSeries RPG internal knowledge we have succeeded in setting up our IBM AS/400 Tooling Activities, by creating some specific IT-toolsets, which used by the IT, improves the operational effectiveness while supporting the business as expected. Our toolsets are based on in house knowledge and are competitive both at TCO level as on userfriendliness and time to implement.
